Our Sensor Technology
Capillary Zone Electrophoresis is an analytical method which separates ions based on size, charge and polarity using a high voltage electrical field. Eco Detection technology uses positive and negative electrical field polarities to detect both anions and cations in the sample fluid. Eco Detection has miniaturised this laboratory process into a robust and fieldable system that can detect specific ions at concentrations as low as 10s of parts per billion.
Capable of operating on battery, solar, or mains power, the Eco Detection technology is equipped with remote connectivity allowing for full remote operation and monitoring. Real-time data uploads and capability for multiple sampling per day enables detection of peak contamination events and more accurate trend analysis. The system uses proprietary self-calibrating technology and requires minimal user maintenance for replacement of consumables (monthly).
